Enter + Operate in Oman

Coordinate the work your Oman business needs, from formation to agreed support after registration. Monjiz can bring selected services into a defined scope, with the work, responsibilities and commercial terms set out in your proposal.

Support for your current stage

You may be planning an Oman entry, completing work after registration or managing an existing business. The relevant support depends on your current position and the work you want completed. Services can be agreed individually or combined where appropriate.

What your scope can include

How the scope is agreed

Each service keeps its own scope and completion point. A proposal includes only the work expressly agreed; choosing one service does not commit you to the others.

Tell us your company's current stage, the work required and any relevant timing. Where the requirement is sufficiently clear, we can prepare a proposal. If material questions remain, we clarify them through focused follow-up or a scoping discussion.

Your proposal identifies the included work, deliverables, required inputs, responsibilities and handover point. It also identifies any work that needs a separate engagement.

Fees and timing

The proposal sets out the Monjiz service fee and the treatment of government charges, third-party expenses and applicable taxes for the agreed scope. Timing depends on the work, the information available and any external decisions or requirements.

Completion is assessed against the agreed deliverables. The handover records completed work, outstanding items and the party responsible for each next action. Authority and bank decisions remain with those bodies.

If continuing support is needed, it can be included in an agreed service schedule or arranged separately. Enter + Operate combines the formation and activation workstreams expressly agreed. Formation and twelve months of support is a separate programme; continuing support is included only when separately identified and priced.

Illustrative process example: preparing a requested company-information pack

A registered Oman company needs help responding to a bank's request for current company information. The work starts by identifying the requested records and the specific support needed. An agreed scope can cover preparing the pack, coordinating its submission and handing over the evidence and next actions. Status updates identify missing client input. The handover records the actual submission position; the bank's decision remains separate. This is a fictional example of the method, not a completed client mandate or a promise of bank approval.
