Monjiz is operated by Alwatheeq Ventures SPC, CR No. 1487723, for corporate and operational support for businesses entering and operating in Oman. The registered locality, correspondence address, and contact information are set out on our Contact page. Please read these notices alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy information.

Our services

Our work may include administrative preparation and coordination for market entry, post-registration tasks, corporate records and filing calendars, vendor registrations and tender submissions, and executive coordination. The tasks we accept, responsibilities, fees, and dependencies are set out in a signed written engagement. We undertake only work that we are authorised to provide. For a permitted service, Monjiz may contract as principal and use an identified delivery provider where the arrangement is lawfully available and documented. The engagement identifies the contracting supplier, who performs each component, and who is responsible for it. A combined service description does not authorise Monjiz to perform reserved professional activities.

Professional services

Monjiz does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal drafting. Company-formation procedures and other work reserved to licensed professionals require the appropriately licensed provider and a lawful contracting route. Legal work is carried out by an appropriately licensed legal provider, and how it is arranged is set out in your proposal before it starts. A request from a professional adviser does not change Monjiz's service boundary.

Monjiz does not provide tax advice, accounting advice, audit, immigration legal representation, investment advice, or other regulated financial services. Administrative coordination does not replace advice from the relevant professional.

If specialist advice is needed, we will identify that need. A professional provider decides whether it can accept a matter, following its own checks, and how it is arranged is set out in your proposal before the work starts. An introduction does not itself create an engagement or authorise disclosure of your documents.

Authority and outcomes

Government authorities, banks, procurement bodies, and other third parties decide their own applications and requirements. We do not guarantee approvals, registrations, account opening, tender awards, or completion dates controlled by others. Any programme or estimate depends on the agreed scope, complete information, and the relevant third parties' requirements. This does not reduce our responsibility for the work we agree to perform.

We do not acquire authority to sign documents, make commitments, or act for you merely because you submit an enquiry. Any authority needed for agreed work must be separately documented.

Enquiries and website information

Website information is general information about our services and is not professional advice for your circumstances. Sending an enquiry or receiving an acknowledgement does not create a service engagement or a relationship with a law firm. To make an enquiry, email Monjiz at hello@monjiz.com. If you already have an engagement, please use the contact route agreed for that engagement. Provide only a short description and do not send sensitive documents, passwords, or information you are not authorised to share.

These notices are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. The competent courts of Oman will determine disputes concerning these notices, subject to any mandatory legal rights or jurisdiction rules. The terms of a separately agreed engagement govern the services under that engagement.
