Post-Registration & Operational Support
Coordinate agreed administrative activation tasks after registration, using requirements confirmed by you and your professional advisers.
Who this is for
For a company that is registered but has unfinished activation work or a specific operational issue to resolve.
Work we can include
- Establish what has been completed and identify missing information.
- Coordinate the activation or operational steps included in the agreed action list.
- Provide the agreed records and a handover of completed work, open items and next responsibilities.
Scope matters
The requirements depend on the company and its activities. The scope covers the agreed steps; it does not imply that every possible activation or compliance requirement is included.
Any banking or authority-related task must be expressly included. Banks and authorities make their own decisions; coordination does not guarantee an approval or an account.
What to tell us first
An initial summary is enough. We can identify the documents needed once the work is clear.
- Your company’s registration position and the steps already completed.
- The operational issue or remaining work.
- Relevant correspondence and any known deadline.
- Which records are current and which points remain unresolved.
What the work looks like
The action list connects each included task to its inputs, responsible party and completion point. Pending decisions remain visible in the status and handover record.
Fees and engagement
Your proposal sets out the fees and terms for the agreed work.
| Service | Service fee |
|---|---|
| Business activation | From OMR 650 |
“From” prices apply to the qualifying scope described in your proposal. Entity type, ownership, activity, approvals, existing records and provider requirements may affect the work and final fee. Additional services are priced before you commit to them. A formation fee does not include business activation or vendor registration unless your proposal expressly includes them.
Related support
Recurring corporate support is separately scoped and agreed where there is an ongoing need.
Discuss the work
If the required work is clear, request a proposal. Ordinary missing facts can be clarified first. If material uncertainty remains about the work needed, request a scoping call.
