Terms of Use
1. About this website
Monjiz is operated by Alwatheeq Ventures SPC, CR No. 1487723. www.monjiz.com is operated by Alwatheeq Ventures SPC under the name Monjiz, with its registered locality at Al Khuwair, Bousher, Muscat Governorate, Sultanate of Oman, and correspondence address at Al Noor Plaza, 1st Floor, Office 114/49, Way No. 2141, Building No. 2118, MQ, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. Alwatheeq Ventures SPC is not registered for VAT and does not charge VAT on its own service fees. You can contact us at hello@monjiz.com or through our Contact page.
These terms describe permitted use of this website. They do not constitute an engagement for services. Any services we agree to provide are governed by a signed engagement letter accepted by authorised representatives of both parties. It identifies the contracting provider and whether Monjiz accepts responsibility for a permitted service as principal or coordinates a service contracted separately with another provider. A combined proposal does not authorise Monjiz to perform a reserved professional activity.
2. Website information and service boundaries
The website provides general information about Monjiz’s corporate and operational support. It is not advice on your particular circumstances and should not be relied on as legal, tax, investment, or other regulated professional advice. Read our Important Notices for the boundaries of our services.
Descriptions on this website do not guarantee a licence, visa, registration, bank account, tender award, or any other decision by an authority or third party. We remain responsible for performing services we have agreed to undertake in accordance with the engagement and applicable law.
3. Enquiries and proposals
A request for a proposal, a scoping discussion, or a contact message is an enquiry. Submitting it, receiving an automated acknowledgement, or participating in an initial discussion does not appoint Monjiz, reserve capacity, create a duty to meet a deadline, or authorise us to incur fees or act on your behalf.
Work starts only under a signed engagement letter identifying the provider, agreed scope, fees, and terms, once its commencement conditions are met, on the Monjiz engagement terms, 29 September 2026. The engagement letter must be signed by authorised representatives of both parties. No paid diagnostic or other paid work begins merely because you contact us.
To make an enquiry, email Monjiz at hello@monjiz.com; if you already have an engagement, please use the contact route agreed for that engagement. Provide only an accurate summary and use the same route for corrections. Do not include identity documents, bank or card details, passwords, health information, criminal or security information, information about children, or confidential documents. Our Privacy information page describes what this website collects. Sending an email does not itself confirm acceptance of an engagement.
4. Permitted use
You may use the website to learn about Monjiz, make genuine enquiries, and retain copies of public pages for your own reference. You must not introduce malicious code, seek unauthorised access, interfere with the site, impersonate another person, or submit material you are not entitled to provide. If you enquire for an organisation, identify your role accurately; an enquiry does not itself establish authority to bind it.
5. Website content and links
Website content, branding, and design belong to Monjiz or the relevant rights holder. Except for lawful use and the reference copies permitted above, reproduction or commercial reuse requires the rights holder’s permission. This does not restrict rights granted by applicable law.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Their content and practices are controlled by their operators. A link does not by itself constitute an endorsement or appointment of that operator.
6. Availability and responsibility
We may update, suspend, or restrict access to the website for maintenance, security, or other reasonable operational requirements. General website information may change and should be confirmed for the circumstances of an intended engagement.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, gross fault, harmful acts where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or restrict. These terms do not reduce mandatory consumer rights, data protection rights, or remedies for services already agreed.
7. Questions and complaints
For a concern about the website or Monjiz services, email hello@monjiz.com, identifying the issue and any relevant enquiry or engagement reference, or write to the correspondence address shown on the Contact page.
This process does not prevent a complaint to the Consumer Protection Authority or another competent authority, an application for urgent relief, or the exercise of any legal right. It does not extend any legal time limit.
8. Applicable law and updates
Oman law applies to these terms. Disputes concerning the website are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Oman, subject to any mandatory jurisdiction or rights that apply. This website provision does not replace the dispute-resolution clause of a separate engagement.
Each version of these terms applies from the date it is published on this website. Updates apply to future website use; they do not retrospectively amend an existing engagement or remove accrued rights. A separate engagement can be amended only in accordance with its agreed terms.
