Business Setup & Market Entry in Oman
Formation coordination, client-approved administrative document preparation and authority liaison for an Oman entry.
Who this is for
For a foreign company or proposed Oman vehicle that needs a defined company-formation coordination service.
You may also enquire as an individual considering an Oman business. We will review the proposed activity, current position and work needed before confirming whether we can assist.
Work we can include
- Confirm the entry brief and the work to be included.
- Collate client-approved administrative inputs and coordinate documents prepared by the responsible licensed professional.
- Coordinate authority follow-up as you specifically authorise, and record the registration position at handover.
Scope matters
Post-registration, recurring corporate and procurement work are included only where agreed. Authority and other third-party decisions remain with the relevant decision-maker. Monjiz does not provide legal advice, legal-structure advice or legal drafting. Legal work is carried out by an appropriately licensed legal provider, and how it is arranged is set out in your proposal before it starts.
What to tell us first
An initial summary is enough. We can identify the documents needed once the work is clear.
- The proposed business activity and your company’s current position.
- The work you need and any relevant deadline.
- Details of any existing adviser work or registration steps already under way.
What the work looks like
Your proposal sets out the document and coordination work, client inputs and completion points. The handover records what has been completed, what remains and who is responsible for the next action.
Fees and engagement
Your proposal sets out the fees and terms for the agreed work.
| Service | Service fee |
|---|---|
| Company formation | From OMR 850 |
“From” prices apply to the qualifying scope described in your proposal. Entity type, ownership, activity, approvals, existing records and provider requirements may affect the work and final fee. Additional services are priced before you commit to them. A formation fee does not include business activation or vendor registration unless your proposal expressly includes them.
Formation and twelve months of support
Combine eligible company formation with twelve months of defined support for one entity. The programme formation component is OMR 680 for the same eligible formation scope priced at OMR 850 standalone. The total commitment and payment schedule are:
| Programme | Monthly support equivalent | At signing | Three later quarterly payments, each | Total programme service fees |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Foundation | OMR 180 | OMR 1,220 | OMR 540 | OMR 2,840 |
| Standard | OMR 320 | OMR 1,640 | OMR 960 | OMR 4,520 |
| Enhanced Governance | OMR 550 | OMR 2,330 | OMR 1,650 | OMR 7,280 |
The signing payment includes formation and the first support quarter. Later payments are due before support months 4, 7 and 10, subject to the invoice timing in your engagement. Monthly figures are equivalents; these programmes are billed quarterly and carry a twelve-month support commitment, without an ordinary convenience cancellation right. Termination for breach and mandatory rights remain available. Renewal requires express written agreement on scope and price.
Support starts on the agreed support start date or documented handover trigger, rather than automatically on signing. Formation may precede support, so the whole engagement may last longer than twelve months from signing. If incorporation is delayed or cannot proceed, your engagement provides a review and closing account; unused support advances do not automatically become earned fees.
Foundation includes an initial corporate-record index and obligations calendar, twelve written monthly status reports and coordination of up to two named routine renewals of existing registrations or licences. Standard adds four quarterly corporate-record reviews and up to two named routine administration events. Enhanced Governance includes twelve monthly reviews in place of the four quarterly reviews, the same two-event allowance, and up to four meeting administration packs. Each meeting pack covers one meeting of up to 90 minutes, approved-document collation and circulation, scheduling, administrative notes or minutes for client approval, one consolidated client amendment round and an action-log update.
Your proposal names the actual renewals and events needed. Allowances are not interchangeable and do not imply that every business needs those tasks. Reviews are checks against the agreed record checklist, not legal compliance certification. New licence applications, historical cleanup, ownership or capital changes, substantive legal drafting, tax returns, audit, additional entities, activation and vendor work are excluded unless separately and lawfully engaged. Normal clarification and correction of our errors do not attract an extra fee or consume your allowances.
Related support
Support after registration can follow under an agreed scope.
Discuss the work
If the required work is clear, request a proposal. Ordinary missing facts can be clarified first. If material uncertainty remains about the work needed, request a scoping call.
